Retail Project

For two years, working directly with the C-Suite, I collaborated with Tiffany & Co. to reimagine their signature Flagship, from strategy to programming, environments, service, staffing, and customer loyalty.

A (very small) sample of the work completed, including customer journeys, masterplanning, product & service creation, and service design for operations and logistics.

I worked with Michelle Gass, CEO of Kohl’s, and her broader C-Suite team to reimagine Kohl’s from the ground up, differentiating it from its current identity of a disparate collection of brands into a newer, coherent retail experience for families.

I worked with Tumi for over a year to develop their store of the future, first deployed in China. The work involved curating their merchandise, reimagining their fixtures and furnishings, and expanding their hospitality offerings.

The work culminated in the creation of a drawing set for the AOR in China to implement.

I worked with Marriott International for a year to reimagine the Westin lobby to function as both a revenue-generating marketplace as well as a beacon for their wellness programming.
